We collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Where we engage Data Processors to process Personal Data on our behalf, such Data Processors shall be required to process such Personal Data in accordance with our instructions and applicable contractual obligations.

We may be unable to process a request where we cannot verify your identity or where the request is false, frivolous, misleading or contrary to applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India established under the DPDP Act, 2023, after exhausting our internal grievance redressal mechanism.

 

7. Duties of Data Principals

Under applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023, you are expected to.

  • Provide accurate information and exercise your rights responsibly, considering our legal and operational obligations.
  • Not to impersonate another person while providing her Personal Data.
  • Not to suppress any material information while providing Personal Data for document, unique identifier, proof of identity or proof of address issued by the State or any of its instrumentalities.
  • Not to register false or frivolous grievance or complaint with us or the Data Protection Board of India.
  • To furnish only such information as is verifiably authentic while exercising your right to correction or erasure.

 

8. Social Media

  • We operate official social media channels to share updates and engage with users.
  • We advise the Data Principal not to share any sensitive personal information and/or Personal Data on such platforms.
  • Adani Infra Management Services is not responsible for any content posted on third-party social media platforms or for any actions taken based on the same unless the same is officially published by authorized representatives of AIMSL through authorized channels.

  • We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
